Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

Free shipping over $49

Orders of $49 or more ship free. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed by our family and ship from Central Florida within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed, especially during peak holiday weeks or severe weather.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@wafapet.com with your order number. A real person from our family will help sort it out. For damaged items, see our Refund policy.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
