Overview
This website, www.wafapet.com, is operated by WAFA Pet LLC ("WAFA," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using our site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access accounts or data that aren't yours. We may refuse service or cancel an account if these terms are broken.
Products and pet safety
We work to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences can happen. No toy is indestructible. Always supervise your pet with toys and chews, choose the right size for your pet, and remove any toy that is damaged or has pieces coming loose. Collars should fit properly and be checked regularly. Our products are not intended for children.
Prices, availability and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or an order appears fraudulent). If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase if they haven't shipped.
Payment and billing
You agree to give us current, complete and accurate payment and contact information. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider; we don't store your full card number.
Shipping, returns and refunds
We ship within the United States. Delivery details are in our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
WAFA Rewards and promotions
Rewards points, discount codes and promotions have no cash value, can't be transferred or combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time. Points earned on returned purchases are removed.
Reviews, photos and submissions
If you send us reviews, pet photos, quiz entries, comments or other content, you confirm it's yours to share and that it's not unlawful or offensive, and you give us permission to use, display and share it (including on our site and social media) without payment. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The WAFA name and logo, our characters, comic, designs, photos and site content belong to WAFA Pet LLC and are protected by law. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission. Coloring pages are free for personal, non-commercial use.
Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or use services from other companies (such as payment, shipping and review providers). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WAFA Pet LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Indemnification
You agree to hold WAFA Pet LLC harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
