Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Most arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $49 or more. Smaller orders show the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally yet.
Why does a product say "sold out"?
Our first full shipment arrives in early December 2026. Tap Notify me on any product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase. After that, email us right away and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right even if it's been used. See our full Refund Policy or email returns@wafapet.com.
Toys & safety
Which toy is right for my dog?
Every WAFA toy has a WAFA Toughness rating from 1 to 5 on its product page. Gentle snugglers (1–2) are for cuddlers and light players; tug-and-chew toys (3–4) are built for dogs who play harder. Our guide Gentle Chewer or Tug Champion? walks you through it.
Are WAFA toys indestructible?
No toy is, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. Always supervise play, pick a toy sized for your pet, and retire any toy once pieces start coming loose. Here's how to tell when it's time.
How do I clean WAFA toys?
Most plush and rope toys can be hand-washed in warm, soapy water and air-dried. Our Toy Care 101 guide has the details.
Do the cat toys have real catnip?
Yes. The catnip mouse, birthday teaser and raccoon shaker are all filled with real catnip.
Collars & beds
How do I pick the right collar size?
Measure around your dog's neck and add two fingers of room. Small fits 10–16" necks, Medium 14–22" and Large 18–27". Our 2-minute measuring guide shows you how. If it doesn't fit, email us and we'll help with an exchange.
How do I choose a bed?
Watch how your pet sleeps. Curlers love round beds with walls, sprawlers want a flat mat or roomy rectangle, and leaners like a bolster. See Curler, Sprawler or Leaner?

Can I buy WAFA in a store?
Yes, starting in December. You'll find WAFA at Farm & Pet Superstore in Orlando, Eustis and Osteen, and at Magic Pets in Baldwin Park. See Where to Buy for addresses.
